3. Programme Description and Availability
Wangara provides in-person software training sessions in Subang Jaya, Selangor. Programmes are offered on a scheduled cohort basis with limited places per group. We reserve the right to modify the content, schedule or format of any programme without advance notice, provided the core learning objectives remain substantially the same. We also reserve the right to cancel a cohort if minimum participant numbers are not reached, in which case we will offer a full refund or alternative dates.
4. Enrolment and Registration
A place in a programme is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a written confirmation from Wangara. We do not hold places against unpaid enquiries. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and registration details. Changes to registration details should be notified to us as early as possible.

9. Nature of Training — Important Disclaimer
All programmes offered by Wangara are general educational training in the use of software tools. Sessions cover how to set up, navigate and use planning and budgeting applications. Nothing taught in a Wangara session constitutes regulated financial advice, investment guidance, tax advice or any other form of professional advisory service. We do not make any representation about the suitability of any planning approach for your personal financial situation. If you require professional financial guidance, please consult a licensed financial planner or adviser.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Wangara's liability for any claim arising from a programme or these terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant programme. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of data, business interruption or decisions made on the basis of information provided during sessions. This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you hold under Malaysian consumer protection law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Wangara against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of this Agreement, your conduct during a session or your misuse of programme materials.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a session or programme if their conduct is disruptive, offensive or in breach of this Agreement. In such cases, no refund will be issued. You may terminate your participation at any time, subject to the cancellation terms in Section 8.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If this is not possible, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, specifically the courts sitting in the state of Selangor.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Wangara in relation to the subject matter described.
- Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
